It’s YEARBOOK time again! This year, the Yearbook Committee has something really special for us! Click HERE, enter the code 1015101594482673 to order your yearbook and get details on how to PERSONALIZE your child’s PES yearbook!
The PTA Advocacy Committee will have a DADS ON DUTY EVENT on May 21st. Click here to sign up for the remaining events scheduled for this year. The goal is the development of a committed network of “Dads” who will share focused time with their children as well as other students.
Thank you to the men who have participated in the first “Dads on Duty Car and Bus Day”. The words of support and encouragement as our kids walked into school created smiles and laughs have been priceless! We look forward to seeing you at the next event!

We are looking forward to the Annual Spring Clean-Up event. This year the PES PTA Beautification Committee is partnering with South Durham Church. There will be Community Engagement, Environmental Awareness, Fun Activities for the Children, all geared towards beautifying the PES Campus. We’ll divide into teams as we take on picking up trash, doing some landscaping, building a coat rack for the Lost and Found, assembling soccer goals, and making a fun take-home Earth Day activity for the kids!
Can’t make it, but still want to support our efforts? Help fuel our volunteers by donating food and drinks; donate items from our Wish List; contribute monetary donations to the PTA earmarked for the Beautification Committee.Click HERE to sign up!

Orders placed online will be delivered to your child’s classroom within three (3) days. You must provide your student’s name, classroom, youth or adult shirt sizes (if applicable), and magnet style (if applicable) in the notes to merchant section at checkout.

You can donate directly to the PTA, your child’s class or a special’s teacher from our online store. At any point in the year, you can donate online or drop off a check in the PTA mailbox and the money will be put into where you want it 🙂

As promised, the FORD Drive 4 UR School Event has been rescheduled for May 12, 2018 just in time for Mother’s Day! For every test drive of a Ford product PES PTA will receive a donation of $20. You must be a licensed driver to participate and upon completion of your test drive you will receive a coupon good for a discount on your purchase of a new Ford product. Remember to Buckle up! Save and turn in your Boxtops, Campbell’s labels for Education, and Tyson Project A+ labels. You may turn these items into the collection box in the main office (place in baggies with your teacher’s name on the baggie). The top collecting classes will win a special treat at the end of the year!
Panda Night Out
Participate in our monthly dining nights out. You dine out with other Pearsontown families at a local restaurant and we receive a portion of the proceeds…it’s a WIN-WIN!
